CONCEPT
Always looking for new ideas, the young chef Grégory Cuilleron heads to the Reunion island. There, he travels all around the French island to find inspiration, invent new recipes, discover new products and meet with local, passionate gourmets, farmers and chefs. At the end of this journey, inspired by all his discoveries, our French chef challenges himself by inventing and cooking a dish made from local products.
