CONCEPT

We offer a Chef the opportunity to explore all the world’s food diversity and share his passion for his own national cuisine around the globe. On the advice of a local chef, our “host Chef” will discover in every country he visits the most typical and bizarre recipes and products. To thank his hosts for their hospitality, the Chef will invite them to discover, in return, the greatest classics of his national cuisine. At the end of the trip, the 2 Chefs will combine their culinary traditions to create a never-before-seen “fusion” dish.
